I recently tried to SCRUB my isopod using the process documented in the isopod v_2 manual. I turn the power off, set the jumper, and turn the power back on and i didn't get the isomax prompt...not good. Also, when I try to flash the ISOPOD again, the flash program goes through the entire process and gives the correct output, but no program is loaded onto the ISOPOD (at least it seems that way). Any ideas?

I'm a little confused, because in your other post, you said you were using Small C?
The output of Small C is an S-record, and loading it overwrites the IsoMax(TM) kernel.
So if you've downloaded a Small C program, your originally installed software will no longer be there.
Now, with the license agreement, you can get an S-record version of our kernel to replace the original, but I can't tell if you've got that or not.
Generally, people either use the installed IsoMax(TM) or use Small C, and don't go back and forth between the two. So if you've already used Small C and run the program, the IsoMax(TM) language won't come back without a reload.

You're absolutely right... I am using smallc and have overwritten the kernel.. So I guess my next question is how can I make sure that my program is correctly flashed? It appears the flash_over_jtag program gives the exact output of a successful flash, but I don't see the actual program running (I'm using one of the example codes, not one of my own).

Probably the easiest way to see a program running is to choose one with a visible output. Isn't there a program with some flashing LED's in our Small C examples? Could you try to load it?

Yeah I'm an idiot... sorry bout that... I just realized after I replied to that post that my new code had 2 errors in it, which means it wasn't being flashed (I think). At any rate, it's fine now.. Thanks for your help
