I have a NMIS-5000 board which I bought several years ago and worked fine at the time I bought it. I'm trying to use it again and the BUFFALO monitor isn't seeing it. I get the BUFFALO prompt from the SO pin on the 0021 board. I just want to talk RS232 to it while I develop some serial comm code for the SCI.

The only documentation I have is the two page spec sheet off the web, but I must have had something better when I first received it.

Is there other documentation available? Any suggestions on where to start debugging?

Thanks, Dave

Yes. There is a manual for NMIS/L 5000. You can email me your address. I will send you one.

Make sure all the jumpers in the right config. If it still not work then double check your program.
