MC68HC912B32 interface with external i2c eeprom

Hi, I'm new in this field. I'm currently using a MC68HC912B32 MCU interfacing with a i2c eeprom 24C16A. I've to do some modification on the codes. I'm wonder are there anyone who is able to show an example on how to create a 'data dump' subroutine to get all data from the eeprom. I need to check whether did I overwrite the data from the modification of the code.
