Hello,
as I'm often "on the road" I am looking for a free forth training tool on my laptop. Can you recommend any? I looked into win32forth and gforth. Do the experts have any preference?

We are so micro focused, we almost never use a Forth for the PC, so we really can't recommend any. Although we do have a working relationship with MPE (http://www.mpeforth.com/), and think his products are pretty good, if you are looking for a professional level product with support.
