Current and voltage of timer pins

Hi,

When a timer pin on the Isopod is configured to count pulses, what would be the current in Amps and also the operating voltage across the lines?

Input current, +/- 1uA
Input Voltage,
VIL: -0.3 Min. to 0.8V Max., VIH: 2.0V Min. to 5.5V Max.

Output Current, +/- 4mA
Output Voltage,
VOL: 0.4V Max., VOH: 2.6V Min.
