HI, I see that the TiniArm and Plug-an-arm are provided with 10 pin Jtag connections. But reading various compilers they all offer standard 20 pin or 14 pin Jtag adapters. To be honest I have not tried to find out what signals are used. The question is can I make an adapter to convert your 10 pins to the 14 or 20 pin Jpegs ?
Our NMIN-2106-USB has a standard 20 pin JTAG on J3. It shows pins :
1 3.3 v 2 3.3 v
3 TRST 4 gnd
5 TDI 6 gnd
7 TMS 8 gnd
9 TCK 10 gnd
11 RTCK 12 gnd
13 TDO 14 gnd
15 RESET 16 gnd
17 n/c 18 gnd
19 n/c 20 gnd
It also has a standard 14 pin JTAG connection on J4 :
1 3.3 v 2 gnd
3 TRST 4 gnd
5 TDI 6 gnd
7 TMS 8 gnd
9 TCK 10 gnd
11 TDO 12 RESET
13 3.3 v 14 gnd
The JTAG on the Pluga2138 (and Pluga2129) have on J2 :
1 3.3 v 2 gnd
3 TDI 4 RTCK
5 TDO 6 TMS
7 TCK 8 n/c
9 RESET 10 TRST
It should be possible to route connections between each format as needed.

James P. Lynch also provided a detail info about the Jtag interface in his "TiniARM debugging with Eclipse" document below,
