Keil Mon51

Is the monitor installed in my NMIT-016 80C515 SBC the same as Kiel's Mon51? Or is the SBC monitor NMI proprietary?

Have Kiel's debugger and wanted to know if I need to burn an eprom with Mon51 to debug my application.

The 8051 monitor installs on the NMIT-0016 is not the same as the Kiel's monitor but i believe the 8051 Kiel's monitor can be used with the NMIT-0016.

You do need the Kiel's monitor to use with Kiel's debugger.
