Hello,
We recently purchased a Plugapod development kit for trial in a prototype for a new piece of test equipment we are designing for potential commercial use. Upon start up via switch and power adapter PJ1 on the Controller Interface Board for the Pod, I am unable to communicate with the pod. All of the lights are on yet there there is no display of the Isomax v0.82. Voltages on the interface board are as they should be where pin specified. I am sure all of the communication parameters on the PC side are set up as specified (tested with IsopodX we have laying around) and find myself dumbfounded. Is it possible to return this to you for troubleshooting? If not, any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
