View Full Version : Maxterm
Accidently hit the full-screen icon in the Maxterm terminal, but can't find how to get it back to half-size screen.
----------
Ed Seng
While you are in Maxterm windows, click on the PROPERTY icon and go down to RUN box and select minimize or Normal window and click on APPLY to reset the Maxterm screen.
I can get my DOS window to display 43 or 50 lines that are easily displayed by my terminal. Is there some way that I can get Maxterm to use those extra lines?
Jerry
----------
Engineering is the art of making what you want from things you can get.

50 lines is the maximum of lines you can set in MAXTERM terminal program.
Go to property click on "SCREEN" folder tab then go to "Initial Size" to select number of lines.
When I call for 43 lines, Maxterm shows 25 lines in white - they're the active ones - and space for 18 additional inactive lines in black. That's exactly what I see if I create a 43-line DOS window and then open Maxterm in it. Not what I had hoped!
Jerry
----------
Engineering is the art of making what you want from things you can get.

Sorry to be so long getting back to this, but I must not understand, because what I tried doesn't work.
Jerry
----------
Engineering is the art of making what you want from things you can get.
