To upgrade an IsoPod(TM) to a more recent version of the software, it must be installed into the internal Flash using a JTAG cable and software. Rather than ask everyone to buy a JTAG cable and Code Warrior or equivalent software to download into Flash, we ask you ship your IsoPod(TM) back and we will upgrade it for you, and ship it back to you again.
We are looking for cheaper/alternative solutions. But that's what we have at the moment.
We are in about the 3rd week of testing our V0.3. You've got V0.2, so there's no need to send in until we ring the last of the bugs out of V0.3. We found a couple more today as we have been lately, which is why we haven't released V0.3 as soon as we wished.

I plan to use a lot of these unit. Once they are installed into a system, it would be hard to send the devices to you to be upgraded.
I hope, that on the next version that you will have some tihing in place to allow field upgrades.

Like V0.3, we actually have something in hand we've been testing, but we don't like to get too far ahead of ourselves announcing things before they're pretty well proven.
Certainly the JTAG cable exists and can be purchased now. It is well proven with Code Warrior. The issue is download software independent of the "professionally priced" Code Warrior package.
Enough said until we're satisfied with what we've got going on here. Just wanted to let you know, we will be able to take care of you.
