Power out of IsoPodX

I need to supply another board with +5V regulated 200mA. Can I do this from the IsoPodX and if so from which connection?

Another 200mA out of the IsoPodX is near the spec limit of the 5V regulator. Also you must have a good heat sink for heat dissipation and/or air cooling, or the regulator will shutdown due to overheating. You can find +5V pins on J1, J3, J10, J11. See schematic for detail pin numbers,

I would recommend to make or use a seperate 5V circuit instead.
