IsoPodX TTL serial?

What would be the procedure to enable TTL serial on the IsopodX?

On the IsoPodX the SCI1 TTL signals TxD1 & RxD1 are brought out to Pin 1 & pin 3 of J2 respectively. To setup the Serial Communication for SCI0 & SCI1, please see page 4-9 of the I/O programming appnote below,
