What is the best book available on the subject of the Forth language? I am planning to purchase an Isopod so I wanted to start studying the language in depth.
Also can the Isopod use all of the power of the Forth language or does it use just a short version of the language?

I bought my Starting FORTH book, 10 years ago at Barnes & Noble book store. It's a 2nd edition by Leo Brodie . Published by Prentice Hall. ISBN# 0-13-843079-9 I am not sure if it still published or not.
Also you can find more online FORTH info from this link,

I leave this question for the FORTH experts to answer.

The IsoPod includes the full Forth language. It is probably closest to 83-Standard Forth, although we have incorporated some features and capabilities from ANS Forth.
