Problem to write eeprom with basic

I have a NMIY 0031. I try to write my program in eeprom an I can´t.

I think that my eeprom or my jumpers configurations aren´t OK.

I neet a execty referent for a eeprom an his jumpers configuration.

Basic interpreter required a 32KByte Sram, 62256 installs on U4 socket. The jumpers need to be configured as below,
C9{close open open close open close}C18

You need an 8KByte eprom, 27C64 to program the Basic.hex file and install on U2 socket. See jumper setting below,

U3 needs to be installed 32KByte EEProm, 28C256. See jumper settings below,
