Can anyone tell me why CS3\ on my NMIX0332 is low coming out of reset? According to the 68332 manual, the CSx\ pins should all be put into chip-select mode, but be disabled. But then why is my CS3\ _low_? I'm using it in an add-on board, and the low CS3\ results in bus conflicts, so my system no longer boots.
