Sir,

Actually I want to Know current flowing through ISOPOD when No
Device is connected to it and a simple toggling program running on ISOPOD.

For this Purpose I connected Ammeter in series with Power
Supply to ISOPOD,But i am not being able to measure it.

Is there any Method to Measure it?

As it is already mentioned that it takes around 200 mamps,But i just want to confirm it.

Please reply as early as possible.

We are confused by your question.

We told you the average current used by the IsoPod(TM) is around 200mA. The actual number will depend on the LED's you have on. Very typically we see 185mAs with all LED's on. Each LED takes a few milliamps (~4-8mAs) when turned on.

We use an Ampmeter in series with the Vin to determine this, or the meter in our powersupply. So we don't know why this didn't work for you. It is how we do it here. Perhaps you have the LED toggling, which will give an unsteady reading.

Beyond this, we do not understand why you would be having a problem, if your meter is good.
