Db12dp256 Using 15k Ram

Is there a version of the software debugger for the HC12 board (NMIN-12A256B) which enables more ram (specifically I'd like the RAM to start at 400 hex instead of 1000 hex). I tried adding/changing jumpering the MODE C pin but apparently the DB12DP256_16 1.S19 file I've got loaded now does not run if you set a special mode). When I try to use the MM command to modify the control register for the RAM is says "not allowed" (or something like that). If I'm interpreting the manual for the chip correctly (freescale manual) the locations are write-once after reset, and apparently I need a version of the DB12DP256 which has a different value for the RAM configuration. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a version of the software debugger for the HC12 board

We have no other versions of debuggers for the HC12 to offer. Perhaps you should search Freescale third party partners for other debuggers.
