2) How much power does the Isopod itself draw?
>> About 120mA @ 7.5Vdc, or 90mA @ 12Vdc

3) Aproximately how efficient is the Isopod-SR's switching power supply? (My power supply is a 12 volt lead-acid battery.)
>> Effeciency: 80 - 85 % at 500mA
