Hi,

When I turn power on NIMH-0050 dirve, the error flag LED immediatly turns on even if nothing is connected to IN1, IN2, OUT1, OUT2, V+ and GND. In fact, the only thing connected to the device is Vdd (5.0 volts) and the ground pin beside it.

What could be the problem ?
Thank you
Max

Flag is raised because there is no power connect to the V+ (motor power), the same as Under voltage condition. Other conditions such as short circuit, or overload will cause the flag error as well.

When I do a continuity test between V+ and GND on the power side, I have perfect conditivity ? Does it mean that the H-Bridge is dead ?

Thank you

Short circuit definitely is not a good sign. I can not tell if your h-bridge is dead or still alive without knowing about the history of your H-bridge.
