The download from the PC should work without delays, however, you should experiment with using character pacing on and off. Also the line pacing is what waits for the board to send a LF after interpreting the line to the CR, it echos back CRLF, and the LF is what releases the next line to be transmitted.

Now on EXPECT. I've used that method myself many times. But here's the difference. On the line with the expect, I put a CR in first, to keep the download sychronized.

So instead of just:
200 20 EXPECT
AJR WC Control Vers. 45 &

Try:
CR 200 20 EXPECT
AJR WC Control Vers. 45 &

See if that helps at all

Hi,
I double checked my programming, I am not defining words, constants or variables until after all the EXPECT text strings. Words start at 600H, and then jumps around 103DH. I was able to download the entire program on the Macintosh this morning using 2 second delay between lines.

To answer your other question, I am using the windows version of NMITerm.

Thanks,
Mark
